When Can You Request a Return?
You can request a return after your order has been delivered.
We’re unable to process return requests for:

Orders that are still on the way

Refused deliveries

Packages marked as “return to sender”
This helps us make sure everything is handled correctly and fairly.

Once your return is approved, you’ll have 30 days to send it back
Return Conditions

In original condition

With all tags and labels attached
You’re welcome to try items on, but please don’t wear them outside or for extended use.
If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet these requirements (for example: worn, damaged, or missing tags), we may not be able to accept the return or may apply a partial refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and fairness reasons, some items are not eligible for return:

Items where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken

Items that have been used

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes
All discounted or promotional purchases are considered final sale.
Return Shipping

Any customs fees or handling charges are also the customer’s responsibility

How to Start a Return

Depending on the product and warehouse location, your return may need to be sent to a different location outside of your country.

Shipping & Responsibility
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as:

You are responsible for the return until it reaches us

We can only assist with lost or delayed returns if tracking is available
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
