Delivery Responsibility

We do everything we can to ensure safe delivery. Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer

  • We recommend checking your mailbox, neighbors, or local pickup point if needed


Address Accuracy

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours after ordering

  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply
